SUMMARY:Luna's First Parade St. Patricks Day
DESCRIPTION:For those heading out to see Luna and the rest of the festivities\, here is what you need to know about the 2026 Carlow Town St. Patrick’s Day Parade:\nTuesday\, 17th March 2026. The festival begins at 1:30 PM with live music at the Liberty Tree\, and the parade officially kicks off at 3:00 PM.  Starting at the junction of Kennedy Avenue and Burrin Street\, the parade will travel past the viewing stage on Kennedy Avenue\, turn onto Barrack Street\, continue through Shamrock Plaza\, and follow Tullow Street down to Castle Hill.  A sensory-friendly zone will be located on Barrack Street to ensure the event is accessible for everyone.  After the floats finish\, the celebration continues at the Potato Market with live music and entertainment until 5:30 PM. \nFor support and mental health resources\, you can visit the Carlow Mental Health Association website to see where Luna will be heading next on her tour of the county.
