Description
Minding Creative Minds is a free wellbeing and support programme for people working in the Irish creative sector. It offers a 24/7 helpline, in-the-moment emotional support, guidance and signposting, with access to counselling and other supports based on individual need.
Support may include face-to-face, video or telephone counselling, specialist trauma and abuse support, creative arts therapies, and advice on practical day-to-day issues that are causing stress or anxiety. Minding Creative Minds also offers access to legal and financial advice, along with career supports such as mentorship, clinics and related guidance through its Career Hub.
When someone contacts Minding Creative Minds, they speak with a qualified and accredited counsellor or psychotherapist. The case manager explores what is going on, offers immediate support, and helps identify the most appropriate next step, which may include counselling, couples counselling, legal advice, financial advice, parenting advice, life coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy, or another support pathway.
You can contact the service by phone at any time, day or night. The web portal and app also provide access to resources and live chat with a counsellor between 7am and 10pm daily.
Minding Creative Minds is for people working in the Irish creative sector who are based in Ireland, including Northern Ireland. The international number can be used by service users while travelling.
Minding Creative Minds says its programme is not intended to replace HSE or private health services.
