Carlow Mental Health Association’s are delighted to collaborate with the young people at Carlow Regional Youth Services
for Mensana 2023. Join us as we celebrate and showcase some of Carlow’s finest young and local Musical talent.
We are also delighted to be joined by well known local comedian Shannon Basso Guale who will chat about mental well-being and comedy.
