There are many qualified private counsellors and psychotherapists available in County Carlow offering one-to-one support for a wide range of mental health concerns. A GP referral is not usually required. Ask your GP, visit the IACP or IAHIP directories, or contact your local Citizens Information centre to find a counsellor in your area.
