Join Aware on Wednesday, 9th July (12-1pm), for their free webinar exploring the complex role of overthinking in mental health. This session will delve into how rumination, intrusive thoughts, and excessive worry are different in depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)

Led by mental health professionals, the webinar will offer insights into why we overthink, what keeps a cycle of repetitive or unhelpful thinking patterns going, as well as offering practical tools for managing it and strategies for supporting those affected.

Whether you're a clinician, caregiver, or navigating these challenges yourself, this webinar will aim to provide valuable knowledge and support in a compassionate space.

The discussion will be moderated by Aware’s Clinical Director, Dr Susan Brannick, and will feature expert panellist, Professor Mark Freeston, Research Director, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University.

Questions encouraged for the panellists, and you'll have the chance to submit them anonymously during the live webinar.

Can't make it live? Sign up anyway and you will be sent the recording.

➡️ How to Sign up for the webinar? Please go to:
