With the amazing Mary Clare Heart, taking us on a mindfulness walk through Oak Park, reading beautiful poems by Seamus White, to Hickson’s Supervalue Tullow hoasting our information stand and let’s not forget the unforgettable weather. Join Mary Clare Harte for a Free Mindfulness Walk & Talk in the beautiful surroundings of Oak Park. Kicking off at 10:30AM, this peaceful walk will explore simple, down-to-earth mindfulness techniques – including an introduction to the calming practice of forest bathing 🍃🧘‍♀️
