Description

Connect to 5 Ways to Wellbeing is a community talk delivered by Mental Health Ireland volunteers. It explores the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — a set of evidence-based actions that promote wellbeing and positive mental health in everyday life.

The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are:

  • Connect — Build connections with people around you
  • Be Active — Discover a physical activity you enjoy
  • Take Notice — Be curious and aware of the world around you
  • Keep Learning — Embrace new experiences and opportunities to learn
  • Give — Do something nice for a friend or stranger

The talk is interactive and practical, helping participants identify simple changes they can make in their daily lives to improve their mental health and wellbeing. It is suitable for community groups, workplaces, schools, and other organisations.
