Empathy Online is a free interactive online course developed by SpunOut. It teaches the key principles of empathy and how to apply them when supporting others — whether online or face-to-face.

The course is designed for anyone who wants to be a better listener and a more supportive presence for the people around them. It is particularly relevant for those supporting young people, but is open to all ages.
