Description

Shine’s Workplace Mental Health Programme is designed to help organisations build mental health awareness, support employees, and create a more inclusive and open workplace culture.

Shine is a leading Irish organisation supporting people affected by mental health difficulties. Their workplace programme draws on lived experience to provide practical, grounded training for teams.

The programme covers:

  • Understanding mental health and common conditions
  • Reducing stigma and creating an open culture
  • How to support a colleague who is struggling
  • What to say — and what to avoid
  • Manager responsibilities and boundaries
  • Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and other supports

The first three workshops are available free of charge. Subsequent workshops are priced at €950. Contact Shine to discuss a programme for your organisation.
