Let’s Talk About Suicide is a free online programme from the HSE National Office for Suicide Prevention. It is designed to help people understand suicide, reduce fear and stigma around the topic, and feel more confident having open, safe conversations about it.

The programme covers:

  • Warning signs that someone may be struggling
  • How to start a conversation about suicide
  • What to say (and what to avoid)
  • How to connect someone to help
  • Looking after your own wellbeing

The programme is fully online and self-paced — you can complete it at your own pace, at any time, from any device. No registration is required.
